Thank you to everyone that took part in IPx nr 51, our digital tank meeting hosted by Ericsson ONE and co-facilitated by The Social Few on ‘How to Walk the Talk with Inclusive Innovation”. The importance of having a high diversity perspective in combination with inclusive leadership was the focus of the discussion, and something all participants are sure to bring back insights around to their own organizations. It was also a good discussion to reflect upon one’s own organization and how diverse teams we work in every day.
Inclusive Innovation was a topic that engaged many of our member companies and created a lot of space for interesting discussions both during the tank meeting and online at Innovation Pioneers’ social media channels. Thank you to everyone for being open, sharing your own innovation mindset and your own views on the importance of diversity on a team and how to get there.
