The X-factor in innovation – Experience the Experience

Increasingly successful businesses around the world are driving growth with a focus on value creation in the ultimate experience they deliver or enable. To understand experience and to design for better experience requires deep human empathy and the tools to model, test and validate what people feel as well as think. This workshop will introduce the tools for rapid prototyping for experiences. How does the future of your brand taste? How can we test the wow-factor of this new concept in real life?

How do we redesign and build the future retail service in a few hours with all stakeholders? We will also share some practical tips from our work with global clients such as PepsiCo, IKEA and Doctors without Borders.
