The leaping hurdles session is designed to help people release more of their innovative potential by exploring different dimensions of innovation and reflecting on the personal hurdles that are blocking this release. The session aims to inspire people to have the courage to take more personal risks to be truly innovative. The workshop The participants also experienced through team work with people they normally don’t work with, the art of insane improvement. They designed a process and with that process created a product that they then improved.
