The traditional business model relies on selling more of everything, mass consumption equals profitability. But in the not too distant future, scarcity will be the new business opportunity, trying to figure out how to produce less while selling more. In fact, in some industries this is what drives innovation already today. But radical rethinking is required, often including looking at new ways of meeting customer needs, working with changing consumer behaviours and new business models. The workshop focuses on tools to use to solve these multifaceted wicked problems and to come up with equally wicked solutions. The workshop is interactive, based on tools and real cases in the fast moving consumer goods industry.
Workshop leaders are Niclas Ihrén and Rebecca Krus, innovation consultants at Sikander Public Contribution, and Michael Lind and Lars Johan Hedberg from Uniforms for the Dedicated, a fast-growing men’s fashion retail brand.
Workshop leaders are Niclas Ihrén and Roope Mokka, founders of Demos Effect, and representatives from a leading FMCG company.
