Innovation Pioneers Annual Summit 2026
Think differently. Act differently.
19–20 November | Stockholm
What becomes possible when organisational curiosity meets the power to build?
Join Innovation Pioneers for two full days of shared learning, practical exploration and new perspectives. Together, we will explore the cultures that make innovation possible—and the tools that help us turn ideas into action.
Day one: Thinking differently
We begin with organisational curiosity, culture and the courage to challenge familiar assumptions. Through workshops and peer conversations, we will explore how to overcome creative blocks, question inherited habits and create the conditions for people to try something new.
Day two: Acting differently
Moon-Suck Song and Stefan Fölster open the day with two perspectives on Europe’s AI trajectory, setting the scene for a practical exploration of what comes next.
We then get hands-on with platforms that democratise technology: giving people across the organisation the ability to prototype, build and experiment. As these capabilities move beyond the IT department, what changes for leadership, ownership and the way we innovate?
Expect parallel workshops, honest conversations and opportunities to practise alongside peers facing similar challenges.
Two evenings extend the experience
On 18 November, we support the book launch, The Museum You Carry, connected to the Museum of Organisational Culture—a fitting introduction to our exploration of the habits, stories and objects that shape working life. It’s on Wednesday 18th November, at Postmuseum, Lilla Nygatan 6, Gamla Stan, Stockholm. Please register for this unique event separately at https://the-museum-you-carry-book-launch.confetti.events/
On 19 November, Pythom hosts a space adventure over dinner, bringing our conversations about curiosity, ambition and doing things differently into an extraordinary setting.
Shared Learning. Faster Progress.
