-Exploring the potential of internet of things in a heterogenous group environment
Successful IOT concepts often challenge every part of an organisation; from sales and marketing to production, supply chain, customer service and business development. Therefore, getting heterogenous groups working together with innovation is important. However getting new groups with varying background together and productive in a short time is often a challenge. Succeeding in doing so, however, often creates the unexpected ideas as well as has the potential of creating a culture and climate where change is welcomed rather than questioned.
This workshop focuses on the area of ”internet of things” as a vehicle to explore opportunities when our physical world and digital dimension merge together. The format of the workshop provides a toolkit to do rapid innovation; in a very short time get new heterogenous constellations of people come together in productive innovation process, evaluating and refining the ideas that are created.
