We all want to contribute in this urgent time of need to create systemic change through innovation but at the same time handle everyday life both as individuals and employees.

How can we help to encourage and enhance your innovation capabilities in ways that makes you thrive.

In this Tankmeeting we will learn & share and explore how to balance a complex world on a personal and organizational level with the planet as the main stakeholder with the help of Cynefin – a sensemaking framework, “4C strategic model”  and “The model of innovation embedment” (fig 1) and developed from data collection from 22 industrial organizations in a research project financed by Vinnova through PiiA.

Figure 1: Anders Wikström 2020 (Referens:Wikström, A. (2020) Embedding innovation, the role of clarity, control and self-confidence. International Product Development Management Conference, Antwerp.)

We will also look at it from a global perspective, using the Agenda 2030 as a strategic level, the organizations on tactical level and leaving us as individuals in a position where knowledge, social practice and meaning play an important role.
