‘The view that good ideas are rarer and more valuable than good people is rooted in a misconception of creativity’

This workshop will raise awareness on what it takes to get talented people to be creative in their work. Aim is to create new ideas around what is important for people and organizations to be creative.

How do you handle people in your organization to promote innovation. How do you give respons to the individual in front of you instead of assessing the idea. How do you take care of your intrapreneurs and how do you bake your bread? How often do you use “Yes, but”?
