CGI - Moral and Ethical Aspects of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to be one of the greatest changes in humanity since we evolved from homo sapiens. In this workshop we will work with the moral and ethical aspects of AI. How should we relate to AI in society when it suddenly takes decisions that were previously taken by a person who can be directly life-determining or who can remove 50% of the jobs we have today.
Conny Svensson Head of Digital Transformation @CGI Sverige comments the workshop:
“The role play method turned out even better than we had hoped for. This was the first time we had used it, but we have been thinking about this method for years and Innovation in Action was the perfect place to test it, especially with the theme of Surviving the future where AI was a perfect story to use for this. We learnt so much when developing this workshop, both around AI but also on how to frame complex questions, how to make interesting characters, how to build a believable story. We have so many more ideas on how to make this method even better and where currently discussing with a couple of companies from Inovation in Action how we can use this in their organisation, but also some other companies that didn’t attend.
The first day we witnessed some small things that we saw we could improve on, we also received some great feedback so that we could make the second day even better and it was of course an honor to receive the award for the best workshop on the second day. But what was even more pleasing was seeing how people really got into their characters, developed side stories and just bursted out in laughs in the discussions. So in the end I was most pleased with a scoring of 9.2 out of 10 on the fun scale. If you’re having fun your learn better and you create new experiences that you will remember and take away with you. Please check out the included presentation if you’re interested in having fun and doing a role play in your organisation.”
Astra Zeneca - Promoting Innovation through People
‘The view that good ideas are rarer and more valuable than good people is rooted in a misconception of creativity’
This workshop will raise awareness on what it takes to get talented people to be creative in their work. Aim is to create new ideas around what is important for people and organizations to be creative.
We believe that innovation happens when people and organizations meet. We aim for insights, networking and input for future innovation strategies. We will see people push boundaries and think in new ways to create new services and products in a fast changing environment into the future.
One of our firm beliefs and core values is that innovation is driven by diversity. We aim to have a balance of gender, origin and various industries and organisational forms represented at our meetings. We also strive to give you, your organization and society long lasting value.
