Innovation in Action 2011
180 innovation practitioners hard at work

At the Innovation In Action 2011 symposium held at Arlanda Airport on October 19 and 20, over 180 innovation practitioners met up for two eventful days of interactive workshop sessions and expanding network opportunities.

There were a variety of 10 different hands-on workshops centered on the subject of innovation led by executives from some of the world’s most innovative companies. Participants who attended were introduced to concepts and methods that not only inspired new thoughts and ideas, but also enhanced and accelerated their own innovation processes.

In fact, some of the workshop sessions were so intense that participants had completely forgotten to take breaks. Some workshops even had to be reminded that it was time for lunch!

Outside the workshop, the sporadic breaks was filled with continued discussions. If you listened closely, it was always something along the lines of critical success factors or applying innovation approaches across organizations. One participant, when asked how he felt about the event, responded, “I want to do it again tomorrow!”

On behalf of Innovation Pioneers International, we’ll like to thank all the participants for making Innovation In Action 2011 a great success.

Please share your experience and suggestions by commenting in different discussions and events. Don’t forget to register for next year’s Innovation In Action event!
