3 wishes

October 19th and 20th we meet at Innovation In Action 2011.

I was asked; If I had 3 wishes for what to extract, personally and for my organization, what would those be?

1. To learn more about the true psychology of Innovation. What drives us to constantly develop and how do we really merge the idea full with the deliverance type of people?
2. To get inspiration on new methods and thinking. I am in my work trying to guide my clients and cases through the best ways of achieving increased innovation capabilities. So, I am in constant need of experience sharing.
3. To get to know people whom can participate with us in various cases and matters. Our model is based on networking and collaboration, so at all times I seek those who like to draw business to us and participate in creating value.
4. To have a great lot of fun during the workshops and to see others be inspired.
